ALUMNI LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The TSJ Alumni Leadership Academy is a 3 day, residential program for TSJ graduates. The goal of this program is to build leadership experience, based on human relations and self awareness. It is an invitation to grow. It will promote understanding and respect among all races, religions, and cultures through advocacy, conflict resolution and education.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Give back to Taller San Jose and help your peers, while gaining resume-building experience by volunteering your time and talent. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Serve on a Panel – Each time a new class begins at Taller San Jose, we bring together a group of graduates to speak to the class. This is your chance to give special insight into the program and share your success tips.
- Work at Special Events – Special events take lots of organization and coordination. Sometimes we need extra hands to set up equipment, assist attendees, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Recruitment – Taller San Jose visits local schools, churches, and other community events to recruit students. This is your chance to be an advocate for Taller San Jose and help your peers get on a path to success!
